Products on our website are custom in nature and therefore are not eligible for returns. Please contact us if items that are damaged or lost in delivery. Damages and Issues. Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we may evaluate the issue and make it right.

We don't accept returns, exchanges or cancellations on digital downloads but please contact us if you have any problems with your order.

No copying or distribution of the patterns is allowed.
